Plane redirected to Heathrow so needed to get up to Birmingham. No payment was taken in advance, and the guess at hertz had the flight no. so they would know in advance if we were delayed. Was able to pick up LHR and drop off BHX no problem. Great price, car was in good condition (minor dent in door was already recorded and proved no issue at drop off when returned). Family stayed in touch with Hertz who kept them updated without any problem when confirming they would still be open. Short, quick shuttle from airport to rental office.
