Completed comprehensive insurance is not valid at SIXT ??? Is that true? Wanted us another € 150 for three days off. When picking up nobody on site. Damage documented by us (photograph with time and date, was photographed by an employee of our mobile phone) was not in the system of SIXT ??? A huge scratch on the rim right front) we would have caused, as well as a small stone chop in front. Rockfall small you can not prevent or notice. But damaging the rim does not happen without noticing it. Also a car with automatic transmission was wanted to give us. Of course, for an extra charge. But now to the damage-in this car, according to SIXT were not noted, not even the ones we found. That is a bit weird or could possibly have a system behind it (legally expressed as a precaution, therefore not binding). Let's see what is coming from SIXT now on us or me. I hope that, despite NOT fully-accepted comprehensive insurance, is limited and I or maybe with your help can do that without a legal procedure. Would recommend to anyone, take at least 1/2 hour time and really every little damage to document (if no one is present then stop with mobile phone), really EVERYONE. Because not all are as confirmed documented was checked in front of us ??? That gave our beautiful 3 day trip a not so great end. Let's have a look. Many thanks to YOUR great team ..

The rental takes forever. One wonders what the employees there type and click. Even at the very end where it was called - wait a minute, I just put it out - we counted 14 mouse clicks where one should be enough .... the old lyre say: do you want a better car (50%) for a bit more ? Insurance against earthquakes? Etc
