Nice communication until it came to the conclusion of additional insurance. He was a bit rude and obstinate when we spoke against it.

I have a voucher that stated that we have to wait for the shuttle bus at bus stop 8 Gatwick north. We have been waiting here for 1 hour. No bus in sight. Phone number on voucher was not correct. Then went to hotel for overnight mail sent to green motion. This informed us that we could still pick up the car at 10 o'clock in the morning. Bus stop was incorrectly stated on the voucher. Had to be 12. We to the carpark where a friendly lady told us that the car was already gone and that we could get another one for a fine of 100 pounds for the late pick up. After this we left and booked another car through Cardelmar with another company.

Green Motion is the worst landlord we have experienced. It took 2.5 hours until the contract was completed and another 3 / 4th hour until the vehicle was handed over. We were constantly persuaded that we should cancel the insurance from Cardelmar to buy the insurance of GreenMotion for 129.90 pounds, otherwise huge demands (windscreen 900 pounds, tires 400 pounds, body size unlimited, etc.) on us would come. For the ordered VW Passat we got a Volvo V40, which is allegedly led in the same category (lt homepage, however, this was a lie).
