Good. But was offered “upgrade “ which I paid extra for. But the extreme insurance costs is a major disappointment. The agent was very nice but did not explain enough the huge extra costs. I would not and shouldn’t have accepted this “upgrade”. And had to pay an extra day that I didn’t have the car also.

The staff who helped me at Gatwick south terminal were extremely polite and made the process fast and easy. The cars exterior was very clean, the interior however was not. A few food wrappers from the previous renter had been left and not taken out, as well as a piece of paper containing that persons personal information. Overall it was a great experience.

Pick up was easy I got the car I paid for added ins at the counter. Only thing is I had to wait a while when dropping off due to lack of staff that morning. But other than that no complaints
