Location was closed and drop box was broken, so I had to drop off at another location and was charged for doing so. Then had to wait for an hour to get the charge removed through the customer care line.

Pickup was easy, though the midsize car given was a soul, which has extremely limited room for our luggage for 2 adults and a toddler. I also am not a fan that because we dropped off in a different city/state, the original state has to refund the deposit so it was not refunded when I returned the car. We also had to wait for the car to be cleaned, even though we had a reservation

I don't know why these car rental companies never look out the windshield. So smudged on the inside that when lights hit it at night, its very difficult to see out of.
