I picked up car, was told I received upgrade. The paperwork went great and they where wiping things down. Asked him to pop trunk. Inside was a clear bend with a box for carrying child or animal. Asked what was all over and we found cat food. When I got about two miles away with window up Their was a terrible smell. A cat had sprayed in car. I purchased a deordorizor. With what was going on in this world I just accepted. Told everyone when I returned car early. Employee did acknowledge the smell was awful. I did tip gentleman and person cleaning car 5.00 each. Service was great, dont know why no one notice problem. In another time I would have gone back, yelling and very demanding. With covid and people being so mean I let it go.

The car got great gas milage very happy with that. But those working the front counter poor on there training and commuter skills while i was trying to get a car rented he or she would answer the phone while working me wasn't happy with that. The cars front tires were in fair condition and one of them was out of balance or the tire was BAD ?

The car i requested wss not was i was giving they gave me a car with bad oder all scratch up dirty i complain i was gping to cancel my rental i would never rent from this rental aqain
