With hertz there is no such thing as reservation, as the manager and employees say its a first come first serve system so even when you set your car to pick up at 10 there is no guarantee they have it. I spoke with one of the managers and told me to go all the way to midway airport to pick up my rental, once there they told me they dont have any cars and that they never got any information about our reservation, so we had to go all the way back empty handed
