The hours listed on the website were wildly different from the storefront (closing at 9pm versus closing at noon). When I got there, the employee seemed annoyed and rushed. He mumbled and sped through everything, and was generally unhelpful. I asked questions and he simply ignored me. He asked if I had been to that location before, and I said no, but he forgot to explain how to exit the parking lot. He never mentioned that I would receive a text with a QR code which I would have to scan to exit the lot. I had no idea, and I spent half an hour trying to figure it out, before I realized that. The text also came approximately 15 minutes late. Upon return I also had issues because the description of the key drop box was totally wrong! There are multiple sets of elevators on opposite sides of the building, so saying the box is by the elevators is confusing to say the least. I was infuriated and spent nearly an hour of my time trying to figure this stuff out. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Eddie counter clerk saved me with a fair rental price because I had arrived at the midway Hertz rental when I should have gone to an off site location.
He handled my situation with excellent customer service.

I had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk and assist the growing line in a very cramped space. The car itself met my exceptions and the return was easy.
