Excellent service by Erica at the check in desk and also by Robert at the pick up time. Good service and I like the color orange which is easily identifiable and looks good. First time renter from Sixth. Thanks

I would say that the overall service was mixed. When I went to pick the car up from the Parking Garage it was actually not clean and when I reported it to the team there they didn't seem that interested and offered to put it through the cleaner but I didn't really want to stand around in the cold and they didn't offer me any alternative. When I dropped the car off I informed them that I had some issues in paying one of the Tolls and asked for some help and the women also wasn't especially helpful and simply told me to pay on-line - I have tried but I am really struggling to do this as the website is not clear on how to do it for a Rental Vehicle... I also am yet to receive a receipt for the booking as she told me I would receive this by e-mail and I didn't so all in all not a great experience and I dont think I would rent with Sixt again on this basis.
