I rented the car for $130 online and it said everything was included. Once I arrived, the price was $214 because there was some mandatory insurances (that weren't mentioned online) and I had to pay a tourist fee because I have a foreign drivers license, and she required me to put in a foreign phone number and address (which I do not have?? so she told me to make up something...). I thought this was extremely weird and the price was misleading! Furthermore, I did not bring a major creditcard, but instead I just brought my regular card that I also used to book it online. I was told that I could only rent a car with a major creditcard. I told the lady that I had my card information for my creditcard on me but she had to swipe the card she told me. Therefore, I had to take a Lyft back home to pick up another card (luckily, this was only 40 minutes away). It didn't say anything about it anywhere and why does the system even allow me to book with a regular card if these are not accepted once you show up? Another lady next to me had the same issue - and she was from out of town and could not provide a credit card..

-Waited 25 minutes for a shuttle from LAX to Budget rental office -Bad signs for car rental return (nasty people on the ground) -Had to leave keys in car without getting a receipt. Had a plane to catch.

Great experience with dropping off and not good picking up. The bus driver was great and courageous. However, The operator was very slow and unfriendly.
