The car I picked up was great, however the windshield had some issue and it was very hard to see in the day time, there were some strange spots on there. We were barely able to use it during the daytime, as it was very hard to see.

My experience with Alamo was horrible! The van we rented broke down at a ski resort. We tried contacting roadside assistance on 6 different lines and we were all on hold for over 2 hours. We waited for a tow truck for 6 hours in the cold mountains with three babies one just 8 months old. We spend all day and evening and the following day trying go figure out a replacement car and had to take a Lyft to an hour away airport. Once back to town, The manager at Almo at San Jose airport did not refund us the $150 Lyft ride to the air port and said it was not his fault and stated he would never rent to us again. It was the worse most traumatic experience ever! We couldn't believe how careless and we were treated. We had to find our own way back to our cabin or we would have slept in the freezing cold. Our phone batteries were dead and we had no food. My wife bad a panic attack and we plan on taking legal action on this matter. Never again!

Process was smooth with no issues. Given choice of vehicles. Friendly staff
