Even though the attendant was very nice and trying to ensure we got the car we needed, it seems they were having severe system issues and other reps were promising cars to customers that had not even shown up yet. We wanted to rent an Equinox our agent showed us first because we needed the space but when we went back in the office to book it her male coworker yelled that he had given it to someone else that wasn't there?.
Upset, we then got another car and after all the paperwork was done it turned out to have tire pressure issues and we had to turn around to return it.
The agent then said we basically only had a regular SUV as an option. 1hr and three cars later we had to settle for a car in a lower category that the one we reserved and paid for.
We returned the car a day early (used the drop box) and turns out we got charged a late return fee. Called them and talked to the same male agent and he seems too busy to help me, promised to return my call after he checks what happened and why we got charged a late fee. Called me like 30min later asking me to repeat what I needed help with... I gave up and emailed corporate instead.
Horrible experience, but I don't blame the female agent that helped us though - I blame her unorganized male co-worker. Make sure you bring your patience and a lot of time if you book this location.
