Enterprise was friendly and service was great. I may only work with them in the future. The address CarRental listed as pick up location was10 mins away from their new location and wasted 20 mins of our time. Enterprise states they’ve let CarRental know already so why hasn’t this been fixed?

Rented a nice F150 for a trip from nice folks at Enterprise Milpitas. All went well.
The only problem was the INCORRECT ADDRESS for the site , and the frustrated desk workers at Enterprise said carrentasl.com has failed to update their new address (relocated some months ago) on their website and the verifications with me, despite being notified several times starting MONTHS ago. Sad to see the website middleman takes their role so lightly and willing to inconvenience people ( I had to call for a second ride to the correct location!!)
