We were running a bit late trying to get to pick up location. The young lady who attended us was great and made sure we were well taken care of.

This is the worst car experience I’ve ever had. My previous experience with car rentals.com has been good, and that is why I used you again. However, based on what I experienced in Denver last Thursday, 21 February, it is extremely unlikely I will use the service again. I would not say it’s car rentals.com’s fault, and of course I take responsibility for my part, however the Hertz experience through car rentals.com was absurd. I will never use Hertz in Denver again if I can help it. I also believe that I was charged twice. Once by car rentals.com and once by Hertz.

Rented a full size, they gave me a mid. Fortunately they exchanged me to a full size 2 hours after. I returned the car back on a Sunday when they were closed. They charged me $85 for Monday and Tuesday ech day after that. They did refund one but I'm still waiting for the other $85 to be taken off. It is now Saturday.
