I had an incredible difficult time getting my rental because of credit card issues.

Employee who helped was awesome. I reserved a Jeep Compass *or equivalent* and they didn't have it ready. I was then upgraded to a Nissan Murano for free (which was great).

On returning the car we waited 15 minutes to be helped! We were waiting and he then took a phone call and proceeded to assist them while we waited. We were there so he should have helped us and called the other customers back. People returning cars early in the am are generally on a time constraint. They need to work on customer service there and the lady there seems to have no support at all. Not sure if we will rent there again!
