The gentleman upfront was very busy and yet managed to make me feel that I was the only person there and took care of me pronto. I would totally go back to this Hertz in Broomfield Colorado.

We did not get the Suburban we wanted for my tall husband but they did find us a Dodge mini-van and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also helpful on how to get a Suburban in the future.

Good deal, great staff. Just a little disapointed that they didn't do a pick-up service on a saturday and that the car had clearly had a dog in it previously still a fair bit of hair and a strong smell from the air on..

Location is grungy, waited 20 minutes for the car they allocated to me to arrive (while many other similar cars sat on the lot), car was very dirty, staff were plesant but disengaged.

Left message day before rental pick up and no call back. Very hard to find this Sheridan Bvld office. Entrance not from Sheridan. Van never made it back so I got upgraded which was great but whole outside dirty and windshield bug stained. Clerk apologized and under staffed. Drove to gas station to clean windshield myself and had dirty car whole rental. Bummer.

The process was extremely slow. I was the only customer there at the time and it took about 35 minutes before I could get the car. The last time I rented from them the experience was not very good. Renting from Hetz in the future would be my last resort.

Nightmare! Trying to get to the airport to get to my Fathers funeral and rented car from you, walked five miles to pick up car and it was not available! You cannot be trusted and I will tell everyone that I can.
