Adter a long 12 hours of flying, I showed up to pick up my rental and no one is up front. They had a sign on the door saying they are out back cleaning cars. Then after looking for the guy for about 5 minutes he finally comes out from a corner and the guy said he has no cars.
If people are making reservations you should accommodate for the amount of cars reserved.
After I got upset and inquired why didn't they call and say something, they said my they called and my number is invalid but I checked my number on file and it was correct. The guy wanted me to call around to see if another Hertz has cars instead of him calling and checking. Worst experience ever!

The gentleman upfront was very busy and yet managed to make me feel that I was the only person there and took care of me pronto. I would totally go back to this Hertz in Broomfield Colorado.
