Booked a rental at location 3 blacks away from home, I do not own a car personally. Specifically chose a location I could walk to. Hours on the website were till 7PM which was the time for my pick up too. At 6:30 PM the place was completely shut down, they closed at 5PM. Upon calling Sixt I was offered to pick up a car in a different location which was the Airport, LAX for additional $20 charge. Not only they charged me, they haven't apologized in any way for inconvenience. I should have canceled reservation right there, however I needed a vehicle that weekend so had to pay $20 extra for a pickup at LAX plus $30 for car sharing services to get there. Operator at the pickup location said that's crazy after I shared my experience with Sixt and did quite nothing to make it better. After he charged me he gave me the key and asked for a 5 star review for his service.

Everyone i dealt with at this location were personable and great to interact with, very helpful. The car was fantastic and the whole experience was wonderful.
