they could not scan the car at drop off...so I never received the charges from them

I was billed for $83 in gas upon return after filling the car up prior to returning it. The attendant apparently entered an incorrect inbound mileage, and failed to note the car was full. By the time I noticed the error, he was nowhere to be found, and I had to run to catch my flight. I am now trying to appeal the error and charge with customer service. Sure wish I'd have saved the gas receipt, too.

Hello. Car was great, pick up time was easy, online reservation ok also. On the other side, I tried to call them to extend and my contract was not assigned to my name, so I could not finalize the transaction. That was bad, because we don't know which consequences we may have.
