Pick up was painless, but after dropping off the car, I was charged more than double! Initial bill was supposed to be $76, but then I got charged almost $200. Obviously I?m disputing the charges but we?ll have to see how it all plays out.

During the pickup of the car , enterprise asked me where I was going and started saying that I would be given an awd car for it and that it’s a 40$ up charge . It was never mentioned anywhere during the reservation and they were trying to add charges to give a AWD car . I declined the up charge and they said without that they can’t give me a rental car . Shady and unethical business .

The woman at the desk to pick up the rental was not very friendly, no smile, was not very approachable. I had failed to bring my credit card, and so she had told me that I could come back at 7am to get my rental, only to find out the company closed at midnight. She also had mentioned for me to go to another car company that they might be able to help me. I felt as if this woman did NOT want or care if she had my business. I also mentioned that this information of needing a credit card was NOT on my print out confirmation sheet and it should be. I also mentioned this to Alex who was the station manager. I know that Casey Porter takes GREAT PRIDE in all of his employees!!! Alex Chiem certainly showed his understanding! He made the end of my experience great! The beginning of my visit was horrible! I was given a better car, but the car was not clean inside, the rental served its purpose. My return with the woman was also very wonderful! I wish i knew names!
