Worst experience ever using enterprise, never would go through them again. I would never use them again. They have me a lemon. Told us to drive 1 and a half hours away and didnt even get a vehicle close to what we had.

Reserving the car online was easy. The pick up was a little annoying. Once we had our paperwork completed and went to pick up the car, we hit a huge line of customers all waiting for their vehicles. I am used to being able to walk to my vehicle and drive away. I was in a huge rush and the 40 minute delay of checking in caused me to be late to my meeting. Not good.

The car I reserved was available, but they still upgraded me to a convertible at my request. It happened to be a hybrid, great on gas, with a helpful nav system. It was a great price for the car I got, very pleased. Only complaint was that while pleasant and eager to help, the staff clearly didn’t know the car. Had trouble loading the trunk, was much easier after googling how to open the space on day two. Would recommend the rental company, and carrentals.com. Might even buy the car!
