1) I got in the Allianz insurance, but they give me a limited condition, and force me to get in their insurance. The fee was 118€. Our insurance was 45$. They earn 118€ by intimidation.
2) they insult their customers. My country has Hangul, the very different language from English. So sometimes I can hardly understand when the international commucation begins with very unique intonation. Actually their dpeaking English was really hard to listen, but they keep talking badly about my understanding even I got their words perfectly.
The employee should work nicely to their client to earn money, but they insulted and force me to give money. It was really, reeeeaaallly bad.
3) they gave the different condition of car which contract on online rental internet site. we chose 4door small car, fiat Panda but they gave me a 2 door car, fiat 500. I continously insisted that that car is different car we contract before but ALL I CAN HEAR FROM THEM IS I CAN GIVE YOU THE UPGRADED CAR BUT INSURANCE WE CONTRACT WILL DIFFERENT, THE WORSE THAN BEFORE!
I don’t want a upgraded car, just I want the car I contract! They will demand more money for the full insurance if I don’t give up the car we contract. This is insane. Who is the owner of the rental car? Who paid for this car?
4) The car we received was really dirty that I can not use it anymore. The very old car, and very dirty so whole time I got in, I take a cushion and try not to touch the seats. And the car was really made a noise so I was afraid when I take the car inside.
Hopefully, I think you’d better choose another rental car company not Gold Car or ACE.
Their service was one of the poorest ever.
I strongly do not recommand them.
