Too much waiting time to access the home (45 minutes) while the time spent with the hostess lasted only 5 -7 minutes everything had already been done on the internet! Why do VIPs interfere between people who have already prepared everything like us on the internet?

At first they did not want to use the Voucher. Then they tell us that we got an upgrate with the car but this was definitely a downgrade. When we returned the car, we had returned it to a full tank. And we would get money back because the previous tenants had not filled the tank. This was dealt with dramatically, and I almost had to fight to get back the gasoline money from the previous tenants while we were promised this when collecting the car. By the way, it was also possible to use the voucher amount from Car Del Mar at the last minute. In Total I lost € 110 instead of € 29 how I bought the coupon from you. This is the second time I have had a bad experience while renting a car through your organization. Where you might not be able to do anything about it, but the rental company can.

Car had scratches, I had to get the car to hetz the engineer to register all the scratches. Then I started and the tank was not full (only 3/4) so back to note that. On the highway, I noticed that there is no water for the windscreen wipers - so on the gas station and refill. Everything costs time .... then on the highway has blurted something, I back to the gas station and it has become apparent that the bar has fallen over wheel konplet, the bumper was then loose and has wobbled .... really annoying. The car was not technically tested, I would never book with Hertz
