The car had terrible smell inside. Additionally, I returned car at 5:10 pm on Sunday (instead of 5 pm) and the office was closed already. Next day I had flight from JFK and I agreed to return car in the morning in JFK. When I called customer service they said that there will be late return fee but I told that it is not my fault that the office is closed (and I was late for 10 minutes only). Also I took car on Saturday morning, so I payed for two days renting. When I returned car they charged me late fee. I will not use Hertz anymore.
