Very bad experience ruined my trip due to unclear policies. Even staff expressed this happens too often to their clientele

Once the agent attending to the customer noticed a line was forming she asked a colleague to come out. But we stook there for about 6 minutes after being turned down by a staff member who said she couldn't assist us. It was annoying to say the least.

Brandy the manager fro Sixt rental was very disrespectful and rude at the time of the rental, I don’t understand how Sixt can have a manager like that in service, its the office down in 20 Morris St. He told us that carrental wasn’t telling us all the information that we needed to know about the rental pick up, and that he even didn’t know why they use that page, I don’t think its a good advertise foe the page as the manager is stating that they dont know the service they are selling through that page. Hope you can do something about the manager that you have there, for me its a never returning doing business with carrentals. Thanks
