For me is about the price. Nothing else. A car should take you from A to B. The price was good and I had a great experience with Hertz.

Came out of airport and found the hertz shuttle without a problem. Driver was nice and drove us right over to hertz location. Went to counter to pickup my vehicle. The lady that helped me gave me my vehicle and didn’t mention anything. Just took my license and credit card. Handed me my paper work and told me the location number to find the vehicle. I walked up and was like this isn’t right. I went back into the office and spoke with another counter employee. He looked up my reservation and whatnot and he said he was puzzled as to why she DOWNGRADED my rental. He quickly fixed in and said wait outside they will pull it up in a minute for me. So we waited outside in the cold weather. After about 25 minutes they brought the vehicle up. It was wet, still dirty inside, had an odor smell on the inside. Just the worst ever experience I ever had picking a vehicle up at hertz and I’ve been renting with them for the last 9-10 years. Definitely changed my opinion on them. They should have upgraded me into another vehicle due to their employee messing up everything.

as LaGuardia Airport goes thru a reconstruction phase .Hertz made my rental process easy without hassle and very professional
