First I was sent to the wrong address (the location hadn’t been updated on carrentals.com confirmation email system). Thankfully I was reimbursed for my time and extra uber drive. I didn’t get the Jeep I ordered, then was given an old car that smelled like an ashtray. It was just a frustrating experience.

The manager was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate my request for a vehicle that I was comfortable to drive. My only hesitation for future rentals is the selection of what was noted as “premium”. I didn’t feel that the selections were premium (with exception of one car).

I, like many, had to cut my trip short and get back to Canada before the border got shut. I had to bring my rental car back 5 days early and expected this big hassle because I hadn't called them before I brought it back. When I got there they took it back without question and just charged me for the days I had used it. The whole process was smooth and took maybe 5 minutes. Made my morning and I felt some relief at the beginning of my journey home.
