Location was convenient, and staff were friendly and efficient. I was not happy with the car, but it was in the class I ordered. I reserved a midsize SUV and received a Buick Encore. A customer came in after us and was upgraded to a RAV4 which was apparently in the same class. However the cargo area and seating area was significantly larger. I would have liked to have had that option when the car was assigned to me. I also don't think a Buick Encore should be in a midsize SUV. I could barely get two suitcases in the truck

I have been told that I was few minutes late and now they have not the car . (They open at 7:30 am and I reached around 8:10 am)
Only upgrade is available, pay extra for it

My 14 year old daughter and 93 year old neighbor were at Mayo Clinic and developed diarrhea on the last day of our trip and we kept having to stop at bathrooms and were late returning car. It was due at 9:30am and we didn't return until a little after 10pm. They charged us 125.00 didn't email a receipt to explain charges and were rude when I called to say we would be late and why. When we asked for a correction said manager would call and he never did.
