Overall it was fine, I rent with enterprise often and there is a location close to my home so it would have been nice to be able to pick up/drop off there but it was ok. Alamo sent me to any Enterprise to pick up, it was just kind of far from my home but not far from the agreed on pick up Alamo.

The collision coverage from CarRentals.com was not the equivalent of the coverage the Hertz ended up charging me.
