understaffed at this location .. had to wait 20 min to pick up car ... 15 min to return car.
pay now rates option ... GREAT!

Terrible customer service. Refused to do a walk around of the vehicle with me. Only says the rep took pictures in the back of the already present damages before the car even pulled up. When the car pulled up the rep got out walked into the office and said sign here(on a phone) acknowledging the inspection as if I had anything to do with it. To make things worse the rep repeatedly insisted that they had taken note of all damages even “damages I probably wouldn’t see”, and that they sent me an email of all of the pictures. I never got an email of any pictures. I took it into my own hands and took pictures with my own phone before driving off the lot, I would not recommend this location to anybody.

Not happy with the car or additional charges on my card. Car started making funny noises like the transmission was going to go out. I kept the car for one extra day and was charged twice. When I received the car it did not have a full tank. However. I returned it with a full tank. No credit given. The overall charges at time of pick up versus the time of return was $70 higher plus those additional fees. Horrible experience.
