Was planning to only have the car for one day. Enterprise called and allowed me to pick up the car 2 days early with no extra charges. Enterprise was anticipating a busy weekend and wanted to ensure I had the car. Thank you Enterprise!

The day before my rental pick up date I received a call from enterprise confirming my pick up. On the day of the rental, I went to the pick up location and found a sign stating the location was closed til further notice. No one told me the pick up location was changed to the other side of the city! Upon arrival at the new pick up location, I received a musty half-clean car with only half a tank of gas! Upon returning the vehicle, in another State as this was a “one-way” rental, the return location was once again “closed until further notice.” The new return location was in a neighboring city, and once again I was not informed!! After pleading with a neighboring location (on the other side of the city), my rental was accepted. However, to add insult to injury, return rides home are no longer offered, and in the middle of a rain storm, you can only imagine my state of mind!! Two “thumbs down” for Enterprise!!

From beginning to end it was easy and the people were so nice. Loved the car.
