Like last time, the staff tries to sell "unnecessary" insurances, which have long since been closed at CarDelMar. That's annoying!

The car and service I received was fine. When booking I was asked if I wanted to take our all risks insurance , and I did. At the desk they said it wasn’t acceptable as there was no excess included. I showed the the policy wording which said that costs would be recovered etc but wouldn’t accept what it. So it’s a complete waste of money and had to takeout a new policy with them or couldn’t have a car. Won’t fall for that again and will go back to my usual car hire company.
