My experience was Poor wrong vehicle, they would accept the insurance I purchase online,
The insurance they offered was high in price

The car rental platform provided an opportunity to secure car insurance at the same time, which I took advantage of.
On arrival I was told that Eurocar do not accept 3rd party insurance and I was forced to cancel the arranged insurance a take out the insurance from Euro Car at 2x the cost.
Why do do you provide the insurance option for rental partners that will not accept this option?
This is no way to start a trip!

I am extremely disappointed with your service. When I got to the Europcar counter it turned out that there was no insurance included in my booking and I could not just use my MasterCard to cover any damage. Therefore I had to take
their coverage and the whole rental turned out to be about twice more expensive than expected.
