The passenger compartment of the car was not cleaned before taking charge, sticky empty pocket, dirty steering wheel, dirty seat. No window cleaner !! I will no longer rent a vehicle from Interrent.

Here is the choice I had when taking charge of the vehicle: - either pay € 90 for 3 days of additional insurance - or pay € 95 for additional refund outside opening hours AND a deposit (from 2000 €) which is fully debited to be returned only within 15 days. The deposit is only possible with a credit card (and NO debit only!) The staff has at the agency's disposal: - neither the general conditions, - nor any documents with the tariff conditions (justifying supplements requested), - or an agency stamp to record the situation in writing. So 90 € compulsory supplement for a rental of 35 €.

Last year it was full of fuel billed when it was OK. 4 months to recover the amount. This time it was worse. First of all, no email indicating that the offices are in the airport during the works. At the forced sale counter: you can choose to debit a deposit of € 1,600 refundable within 28 days because I do not have a deferred payment card or insurance € 160 reduced to € 125 because Ryanair flight .... I had already subscribed autoescape insurance in addition to my gold card. In the parking lot the car has run out of fuel. Exchange. A car with a huge cut in the sidewall of the front tire. Landing at 10:30 a.m., departure by car at 12:40 p.m. We had an appointment in Toulon for lunch around 12:30 p.m. It is the last time I rent a vehicle with Rhodium, Goldcar or Interent. If you want to rent quiet follow my advice.
