Hello, I warned the counter of my late arrival because of a flight delay and they promised me to find a solution and get back to me quickly. However, when I arrived there was neither message nor staff which resulted in 24 hours of trouble with my minor daughter. The next day, I managed to reach them at 8:30 am to hear that they no longer have my car but promises to find a solution and contact me no later than 30 minutes. From now on, impossible to join them !!!! It's very disappointing, they do not answer phone calls, they do not honor their promises, no follow-up or assistance .... I'm angry

Recover the vehicle and make it was very fast and simple.

At the handling of the vehicle we had the unpleasant surprise to see us apply an additional cost of EUR 29 to return the vehicle to a different location than that of care. Yet our order clearly mentioned the 2 different places. A footnote specified that this cost of 29EUR was not included. We do not understand why Autoescape does not include this cost in the quote. This strongly resembles a misleading quote from the Autoescape broker, intended to attract the customer by posting a lower price than the actual price. Moreover, it took a lot of time for the person from National to take contact details of the tenants. The data entered by the customers when booking on the internet on the Autoescape website was not transmitted to the renter, which wasting a lot of time for all (National and tenants)
