Very bad experience: - Vehicle key broken and stuck with tape. - EMPTY WINDOW WASHER TANK !!!! - Uncleaned vehicle: coffee stain, dirty windshield, numerous stains on the seats. - No rear apron in the vehicle: therefore impossible to leave a luggage in the trunk + noise of soundproofing - vehicle with more than 35.000km Etc ..... Really Thank you Notice !!!

Very welcome at the counter with change of vehicle for snow tires (option not present when booking). Normal vehicle cleanliness.

Great experience overall. Only hiccup was taht we arrived an hour early to the requested pick up time for the car. As the desk staff described, if they changed teh pick up time it would have changed teh total transaction and changed teh cost significantly based on AVIS Corp pricing ibnstead of the carrentals.com discount pricing. The cost would have doubled. Not wanting that, we just hung out for an hour to pick up at requested time. The take away here is just book an hour earlier to arrival to avoid a delay in pick up at teh discounted price
