When I arrived, I arrived early because I wanted to pick up my car and go. I knew going in that pick up takes 10 or 15 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. Everything about the pick up was unorganized. From having to wait nearly 45 minutes in line at the counter to a very long wait for someone to bring my car. This was truly the worst experience I have had. It seemed you were understaffed.

Our experience with this supplier was fantastic. Great service at the JFK. We could choose the car we liked the most and everything went smoothly.

My co-worker and I were struck with delay after delay after our trip in New York and finally decided to just rent a car and drive back to Charlotte. We walked into Hertz already feeling down on ourselves because of the luck we had flight wise. Then we ran into Irene. Irene was there earlier in the day when we returned our previous car so it was already nice to see a familiar face, but Irene was absolutely incredible. She did absolutely everything she could for us and got us a car so that we could get home. She was extremely polite, kind, compassionate and truly cared about the customer (us). Irene is and should be the ideal person that you have working for Hertz and I was excited to have even got to meet her for the few minutes we had. She deserves a raise or something for how amazing everything was handled. Thank you very much Irene for the best car rental experience I've had!
