we booked a car for 1 day, brought it back in time, i.e. before 7pm, put the key in the box, it had a full tank, and instead of the $70 planned we were billed 164! without a reason. when we try to call we can't get to anyone for help.

Me and about 15 other reservations had to wait 2 hours for any cars to arrive and we had to accept whatever rolled in. Avoid at all costs!
