Rented car from Oscar. While inspecting car before renting he asked me to sign documents on his iPad. Mistakenly he added fuel service option. I noticed that before signing. He somehow couldn't uncheck box with that option on his iPad but promised to do it right after he is back in the office. He asked me to sign. I did, he never fixed the issue. Called him twice. He promised to fix it. Two weeks later I still don't see any reimbursement on my credit card. Also, I rent recently pretty often cars in New Jersey in different locations from different vendors. I always pay what is an estimate plus taxes. This location (or maybe whole Enterprise) as the only one so far charged me more...AVOID that place!
