the young man that pick me up he was extra extra fantastic he went out of his way make sure that I was all right please give him my compliments thank you

My experience was a frustrating one. I reserved the car on line a few days before pick up. When I arrived the car was not there, but on the way from another dealer. She asked if I would like an upgrade but would have to pay the extra amount. I never heard of this as I do rent cars often. My husband and I share a car. I ended waiting for one hour. She did apologize. The gas was 3/4 full. Trying to fill it up to that mark was rather frustrating when I returned it.
When I went to use the wipers with washer, it was empty. As I arrived at my mother's house I realized the roof had all kinds of brown spots all over the inside of the roof of the car. The outside of the car was not very clean. When I told the worker when I returned the car she said oh we can wash it. When I told her about the washer fluid being out, she said oh we can fill it. No apology. whatsoever.
I need to rent a car this week and one or two weeks in April, but I am not sure if I want to take the chance with this past experience. Is there any reason you can think of for me to rent from you again?
