It was slow enough, going over all the details I already filled out with your website, I also dropped the car back early but I do not know if I will get a refund? Dollar seem offended that I did not book direct with them and just keep saying you booked through an intermedia not direct with us as if I was committing a mortal sin! As usual with all car rental companies all they want to do is sell you over the top super expensive insurance by using the scare tactic on the unsuspecting tourist, I can see it coming a mile away!

I booked online for a great deal though booking, once I got there they would’nt honour that deal. So that left me stuck. Had to take a car at full price. In which they really took advantage.

I rented a vehicle from Dollar but the Hertz counter at Dublin Airport provided the rental. The vehicle broke down and, after 3-4 hours, a truck retrieved the vehicle and left me and my family on the side of the road at night. They did provide a replacement vehicle the next day. Shortly after getting the replacement vehicle, the tire ran flat. I changed the flat and returned the vehicle and was told my receipt would be emailed. My original charge was for $96 and the final charge was for $670. I have stIll not received a receipt. I called Hertz and was told that I was charged exhorbidant fees for towing their broken down vehicle. I was unable to use a vehicle for much of the rental period and they are attempting to charge me $500 over the agreed amount.
