They care about the customers and told me to bring the car empty tank because I had to wait little bit to pickup the car. The car drove very nice. I will definitely rent from them in future.

Had a good experience whine picking up had to get a ride to the location, they didn’t have transportation for picking up!

The employees did little to inform about my car rental. I did not get a chance to do a walk-around before renting. I wasnt told about the night drop off. I wasnt told about a $200 hold put on my debit card (this ruined my vacation, thanks Hertz) The manager told me 'im sure someone told you' then proceeded to berate me. I will NOT be going back to Hertz OR carrentals.com
