The curb side pick up was fabulous BUT they did not have the car that I reserved and upgraded me to a larger vehicle for free. Great right NOT so much. The car had not been cleaned and the gas tank was on E. The advise given by the representative was ohh just return it on E.

I had previously used Enterprise for all my car rental needs. However after this experience, I most likely will not be using Enterprise anymore or recommending them to friends. During this las visit, my needs and request were not met and I feel like the company was just out to make a buck. The staff has no interest in satisfying the customer. My car has not been cleaned from previous use. The gas tank was not full. Rates were high compared to other car rental services. Overall, this just wasn’t a good experience.

I was required to post an additional deposit of $250 to rent this vehicle (was advised it is company POLICY FOR OVERSIZE VEHICLE) ! There was no mention of this in the Car Rental advertisement. This unplanned extra expense could've derailed our family holiday vacation. Hiram, GA Enterprise staff was excellent (went extra mile to sign us in at last minute).
