Both handover and return were without waiting, the staff was always very friendly. Of course, the usual insurance and services were offered at the time of delivery, on the advice that this would be covered by CardelMar, but no further attempts were made. The car was new (16.000km and clean). The only small point of criticism can be mentioned the low air pressure in the tires, which had to be corrected as a tenant.

Sixt staff were lovely to deal with. Unfortunately the clutch acted oddly from the beginning and half way into my rental in a Girona mountain road, the clutch broke. I ended up losing four hours, but Sixt staff did there best to solve my problem.

I hate it so much that they always try to sell you all kinds of insurance. Then it is specifically stated that each scratch will cost € 800 and then you get a car with 8 different scratches and 4 dents. How much have they earned on that?
