They replaced a problem car with quickness and understanding. Willuse again.

For the second time, the staff at the Sixt counter at Barcelona Airport tried to force me to sell additional services I did not want. They also expressed themselves very misleadingly each time. It was not the language, Spanish is my mother tongue. This always costs me time and nerves and is a reason for me to change providers the next time.

I was charged for estrangement while the technician who received the car did not report anything. I was asked to pay a bill for a scratch of less than 3cm in the mirror that we had not seen (we arrived at night and without good lighting difficult to see small details) and that was not reported but we did not do it at all.
