Never had problems with Firefly, but this time it could be better. The reservation did not come through well, but after I had shown that I had actually arrived at the agreed time, a car was available. Just a pity that it appeared in the parking lot that it was a Fiat 500, while I had reserved an Opel Corsa (or similar). So back to the office. The right car came then, but unfortunately with a total of more than an hour delay. I hope it was an exception. And I am curious if I would have had the same cooperation as if I had not spoken Spanish.

I had to make a second reservation on the spot for not having to pay the fuel costs (full-empty condition) of 48 € for a reservation of a few hours even if on the return the tank is full.

About Cardelmar the premium protection was completed. Nevertheless, it was required that a supplementary insurance is completed. Although we did not want that, the car was not released until we paid the extra cost. The price was then more than twice as high.
