I showed up at my reservation time and they had no cars, said they would call me in a couple hours and didnt. I called before closing and they were still out of cars, said they would call first thing the next morning and didn't.... called in the afternoon and they said they had a car for me, went to the location and they tried to say the two cars they finally had were spoken for. I pushed it and was clear how many times I had called and it was already a day later and I was told they had a car for me and they caved and gave me one of them. My experience was fantastic from then on out. It's not the counter guys fault they were out of cars. They were so swamped trying to field and the calls and figure it out. The car ran like a champ.

Could have done w/out supplier's sarcasm but I did appreciate his willingness to go look in car after I'd returned it to find the item I'd inadvertently left behind.

The experience as a whole was great. Staff were professional and nice, I had no issues with the car, and check-in & check-out were easy.
