There were issues with cars not being returned promptly (Spring Break) but these folks worked overtime to make sure we all got cars.

Love the car n love the price they respect the price and I dd not pay more or lest like before

We went to pick up a rental and they said we couldn't because we didn't have enough availability on a credit card and we couldn't use a debit card because we are out of state. We each spend about 6 hours away from our family trying to call our bank and I even called up Enterprise and explained that we came from the airport and our family had a car seat and that's why you didn't rent near the airport. They still said we couldn't rent from them. Finally, the next day my husband called again for the 3rd time and said that usually we use our flight itinerary. They said, oh yeah you can rent if you have flight itinerary. Really!!!!! Why aren't the employee's educated enough to mention that the first time, or the time I called! They also didn't discount us any amount of money for losing a day with our family, and day with a rental car. The car they gave us smelled like weed, and we have a one-year-old so I didn't appreciate that. The Bluetooth didn't work, and we were in a state that you can't use a hand held phone. Also, the check engine light came on two days before we returned it. Overall we got a car, but it was a horrible experience and the car did not meet our expectations.
