I was not able to pick-up my car due to the corona virus. I emailed your company explaining the issue. I never got a response back. I can understand losing my car rental money if there was an issue not as big as shutting down the US. I did not even get a voucher for next time. A lot of companies are giving back, it would be nice to see your company due the right thing in a time of need.

Long line of people to rent cars, not enough employees to handle the volume of renters.

The vehicle we got was fantastic and met all of our needs. We were also able to extend our rental as our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The customer service at pick up and drop off were excellent. The only issue was that when picking up our rental we had to wait in line for 1 hour and 45 minutes! Seemed like there were a lot of people trying to get their rentals on the spot instead of already having done so online as we did. We would recommend splitting up the counters to make it a quicker experience for those who completed their rentals one vs. in person at the rental facility. Thank you for your support!
