Two hours for pick up. No washer fluid in car. Too little for what they charge.

The checkout process for getting my rental was a horribly long process. There were 4 people working and it took about 10 to 20 mins to process each person ahead of me. The line was long and in total took over an hour to get my car. Upper MGMT needs to reexamine this process and streamline it. I don't think the cheaper price was worth it. Also the minivan vibrated above 65mph.

The person doing my paperwork was very friendly but what I found to be peculiar was that Fox rentals required a 1000.00 deposit, even though I prepaid for the rental. Hopefully I won't have to fight to get that back. After that surprise I went downstairs to pick up the rental and I reading my paperwork and I noticed that Fox was putting me into a 3 year old Durango with almost 70,000 miles on it. Once I got the keys I inspected the vehicle and noticed the car was not cleaned. There were stains all over the interior including sweat lines in the seats plus liquid stains all over the center console armrest and down both sides. The outside of the car was not cleaned with bugs all over the exterior and dirty windows. Finally I had seen enough and I went back to get me another vehicle. But the lot lady was not to happy to see me. I told her of my concerns and she replied that the bugs will not come off as she was rolling her eyes. Then she became irritated and gave me another Durango that was brand new with only 260 miles. In review I booked this car through a third party and cheaper is not always better.
