Please help me, I had to keep the van for another 24 hours and they are charging 800 dollars more

After picking up my car from Alamo, I returned to my mother's condo and found out my flight had been cancelled. So now having a one way rental, I loaded up all my stuff and drove back to West Virginia. I called the company the next morning from Georgia and asked where I could drop it in West Virginia and we settled on the Yaeger airport in Charleston W.V. Everyone was very helpful and supportive.

The Counter Clerk was rude and disrespectful. He repeatedly attempted to pressure us into an upgrade. Also, we declined extra insurance. He said we wanted it. Rather than delete it, he chose to degrade us. He also said he was doing us a favor by reading the charges. I told him that was his job, not a favor. When I wrote his name down he refused to further assist us because we would give him a bad review. He also threatened to cancel our rental! He cancelled our paperwork and turned us over to his manager. Another waste of our time. She was very sweet, apologetic and understanding. He, Matt, should not be left to deal with customers.
