While the employees were friendly, we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get thru 11 customers. Either their process and equipment is very slow or they need more employees working. Also, when it came time to select a car. There were 3 vehicles to choose from and all 3 had visible scratches and dents and some level us disrepair. Finally, about 150 miles into our trip the routine maintenance light came on.

Windshield washer fluid was empty and car was not cleaned when I picked up. Had to wait about 30 minutes for a shuttle while other companies came every few minutes.

When I booked, I was not advised of additional compulsory insurance, nor that i needed to have the credit card i had booked with on file. When i turned up, i had to pay over $500 in insurance, a toll pass for the second half of my trip, but due to my booking had to pay it for each day ($10 per day for 19 days, when i only needed it for 7 days). I did not have the credit card i booked with as it was a company card, i then had to put all $1400 on my personal card, incl LWD insurance. The car was stolen in Las Vegas when someone stole the keys. Fox would not refund the 12 days left in the contract, they would not give us a replacement car, they were incredibly rude with the manager of the Las Vegas store saying in your contract it clearly states no additional drivers, the person who stole the car is an additional driver so you are lucky we do not void this contract this is DISGUSTING. I paid additional insurance to cover theft, and to have to rent ANOTHER car and pay for it when i had insurance with Fox is unacceptable. I will be complaining to the higher-ups and authorities and seeking legal advice. This is still not resolved.
